At Bray Studios, the Amazon MGM Studios Crew Training program provides paid, supervised placements on live productions for people looking to build careers in film and television. Placements are across below-the-line production departments — from costume and props to camera, accounts, and sustainability.
We work with regional training organisations and educational institutions to train and support trainees locally. The goal is straightforward: connect people in the local community with real work experience on world class productions. Since 2024, Bray Studios has hosted trainees on productions including Citadel Season 2 and The Rings of Power. 41% of trainees placed live locally — in Berkshire, Surrey, and Buckinghamshire.
